Our Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 Perfect Choice is a fantastic wine that has got 4 gold medals on different wine competitions. Produced from 25-year old vines, this wine is full bodied and lustrous ruby red. It is a symphony of herbal and spicy aromas and black plum jam, which are also present in the taste. 
Aged in bottles for 12 months, in the mouth, its vigorous flavor and splendid body conclude in a complex and exceptionally long-lasting finish. Developed in a year of exceptional vintage with a limited production, it is an opportunity that should not be missed. A pure rhapsody of flavors!

We recommend our Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 Perfect Choice to be served at room temperature in combination with all types of red meat but we would like to suggest you to try it with grilled ostrich stake with barbeque sauce that you could find in our restaurant.
