CISCO Entrepreneur Institute
In December, YES Incubator in a cooperation with the Municipality of Gazi Baba started the joint project for delivering Cisco Entrepreneurship Institute business and soft skills trainings for young and unemployed people from the municipality of Gazi Baba. The project is funded by USAID project, Macedonian Local Government Activity (MLGA project). As part of this project 60 young, unemployed people, in 4 groups will be introduced to media-rich online content, including online learning and video materials that will enable them expanding their business knowledge and soft skills and stimulating entrepreneurial spirit among them.
After ending the courses all the trainees is expected to prepare a business plans. The best three business plans (from all 4 groups) will be awarded with financial awards 3000 $.
Here is brief testimonial from one of the participants that already has own business:
“Personally for me and our company (it is partnership) the most useful were the modules business plan and financial management. One manager and owner of a business must have basic knowledge of these things in order to be able to predict and forecast future trends. I would recommend this trainings to all the people. In our group there are participants that benefit from the course in terms of how to start and structure their business but also the modules are beneficial for those older people that need to follow trends in order to proceed further in the business. Great thankfulness for USAID that funded this project and support young entrepreneurs”.
All young, unemployed people can apply for the courses at: info@yesincubator.org.mk.
